Oh My Ear Academy was founded by Pam Knowles, an experienced nurse with a passion for ear care and a commitment to raising standards in ear wax removal training.
My mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based training in a friendly, supportive environment, helping you gain the skills and confidence to deliver the best possible care for your clients.
My Story
After a rewarding career in the NHS, including many years in Intensive Care and later as an NHS Risk Manager, I wanted to share my knowledge and experience to help others build successful ear care practices.
Oh My Ear Academy was created to offer high-quality, practical training that makes a real difference.
